How I work with clients
I work with creatives at all stages of their careers from owners of creative businesses to hands on creatives wanting to turn their ideas into reaility. I mainly work one to one online using Zoom with people in the UK, Europe and the USA depending on the time zone. Grab a coffee, find a quiet place to connect and off we go.
Sessions can last up to one hour and can be as often as needed but usually people like to have sessions one or two to four weeks apart.
Coaching Packages
Foundations (3 x Sessions)
This 3-session coaching package is crafted specifically for people who feel could turn their ideas into something more. These sessions give you the space and guidance to explore what business opportunities could grow from your ideas. During our time together, we will look at your strengths, your vision and the value you want to bring to the world. We will experiment with possibilities, shape ideas into tangible next steps and build the confidence to move forward with purpose. You will leave with new clarity about what you want to create, how it can support you and what direction feels right for your future. This is about grounding your ideas in practical action without losing the spark that makes your work unique. I will support you in tapping into your potential, staying accountable to your goals and discovering how your ideas can become a thriving business.
Pivot and Progress (6 x Sessions)
This 6 session package focuses on diagnosing your current challenges uncovering what needs to be resolved to move forward. We will look honestly at what is working, what is draining you and where the new opportunities are. The goal is to help you rebuild momentum while protecting the energy that makes your work meaningful. Whether you want renewed growth, a fresh direction or a complete pivot in direction, I will be right there with you. Expect practical planning, mindset support and focused accountability that gets you moving again with clarity and confidence.
Flourish Package (6 x Sessions)
This 6 session package is for established for creatives who are ready to scale up their business. You may be considering hiring your first team member, moving into new markets, expanding your studio or taking on bigger opportunities that demand more structure and strategy. You have built something good and now you want to grow it in a sustainable, ambitious way. Across our sessions, we will map out where you are today and what it will take to reach your next stage of success. We will explore what growth looks like for you, identify the resources and systems you need and create a strategic plan you can confidently follow. This process supports you in becoming not only a founder, but a leader who can scale an impactful business. You will walk away with clarity, direction and a grounded roadmap for expansion so you can step into the future of your business with confidence and purpose.
Monthly Muse (12 monthly sessions)
This package is designed for creatives who want steady support throughout the year. Think of it as a monthly check-in where you get to step outside the day-to-day and talk things through with someone who understands your world, yet sits outside your business with a clear perspective. Each session gives you space to review what is going well, what feels challenging and everything in between. Together we reflect, troubleshoot and celebrate the progress you are making. These conversations help you stay accountable to your goals, maintain focus and keep your creativity thriving while your business evolves. It is ongoing support that strengthens both your confidence and your direction, one month at a time.
Focus (1 x Session)
This single session is here for the moments when something unexpected pops up and you need a space to talk it through. Maybe you have hit a frustrating challenge and want clarity on what just happened. Maybe a bold new idea arrived and you are not sure if it is brilliant or too “out there.” Whatever the situation, this is your time to explore it with a coach who understands business. These sessions are focused, supportive and designed to help you move from overwhelm or uncertainty to a clear next step. You bring the issue. We work on it together. You leave feeling more grounded, confident and ready to take action. Perfect for entrepreneurs at any stage who need a quick, thoughtful boost at the right moment.
